Do tea bags reduce eye wrinkles?

dose the whole using tea bags on ur eyes help reduce puffiness and wrinkles true? and dose it have to be a certain type of tea? i only have green tea mixed berry by Lipton, would that work to? please if any body knows and can explain what to do ill really appreciated it, thanks :)
