Why was he picking on me?
I have been taking cross fit classes at my sister in laws gym for a couple weeks now and the guy who teaches it he is 28 and he is or was a sergeant in the army. Well Tuesday he was having us do this exercise and i have never done it before but it was just a kinda different way of standing up then going into a lunge and then back down on your back but for the life of me i couldn't get how to do it i kept crossing my legs and he was laughing at me and asking me why i keep crossing my legs. He wasn't being mean i was even laughing along with me a couple of times but he was saying he doesn't understand why people cant get this workout and that all of us need to do a fundamentals class. It just felt like he kept picking on me. He corrected my squats and my sit ups and my push ups.

Why does Windows Live messenger say some contacts haven't added me when actually yes they have and how to fix?
I've been using Windows Live messenger for many years (of course its previous version MSN messenger as well) and it has always worked great. However like about a week ago I added a new friend, and he added me as well. He messages me and we talk on a frequent basis. However, Windows Live messenger keeps saying I'm not in his contact list since day 1, when actually yes, I am. When you look at the people who have added you, he doesn't appear there. I also have the Messenger Plus add-on installed and it also claims that I'm not in his list, and yes, I am! To test that, today I used another account I have which I don't use for messenger and added that account. I logged-in with it and accepted myself. Then I logged off and logged-in with my real one and it did the same: it said that other account didn't have me in their contacts... FALSE! I kept trying again and kept logging on and off each one and even though yes I added myself and I'm there it keeps saying the same, that I'm not in that account's contact list. STRANGE. Why is this happening and how can I fix it??

Will the Army National Guard accept me if in the past I was prescribed antidepressants?
I am in the process of joining the Army National Guard through the SMP/ROTC program. I had my full physical today and I passed, and I was supposed to swear in today, but I put down information regarding my history of antidepressants. I am 18, almost 19, and am finishing my second semester of my freshman year of college. I saw 3 different doctors concerning anxiety, OCD, and depression from 6th grade up until my freshman year of high school, which was in 2006. Since 2006, I have not seen any of these professionals, and I have not been taking the antidepressants anymore(I am no longer prescribed them). My physical cannot be completed until I submit all records from each of these 3 doctors that I saw. I know that I have overcome my anxiety, OCD, and depression issues. But I am worried that because of this history that the Army National Guard will reject me. Any thoughts or suggestions of what I should do, if anything?

What XBox360 or PS2 games are much like Fable II?
I prefer third person style shooters. What I DO NOT like is FPS or even third person shooters where I have to control my body movement and my head/aim. YES it is a big deal seeing how you are in all likelihood 15 lbs underweight based on BMI and not the actual min. weight.... because the min weight for 5'9 was 127 and I was six pounds under so I got a BMI... i was 18.1 and told the minimum for a female was 18 for a BMI... go home and eat LOTS OF PROTEIN AND CARBS AND LOAD UP on the calories, also try working on your push ups and sit ups... i know personally my muscles had deteriorated from not having been used much since high school (im going 09S option with a 4 year degree already) and even having started running again and have built muscle and not lost it (which seems counter intuitive for running) just try to put the weight on in a HEALTHY way... i have been trying to add weight and binged on junk food before going to MEPS as I knew I would have an issue because of it and was just left with a very upset stomach (sorry for the lack of punctuation...)

Games for Windows Live chatting with people logged into Windows Live Messenger?
I've been trying to look this up for a while now. Is it at all possible to sign into Windows Live on a PC game (Fallout 3, for instance) and be able to chat with people who are logged into Windows Messenger (without minimizing the screen and/or switching to windowed mode)?

I looked online and heard about these PX stores and how you can buy guns, can NCO's carry there own weapon or is it prohibited to carry your weapon on base (deployed)? I've had anxiety for a long time and been in therapy for 2 years. But since november I've been having at least 3 full blown panic attacks a month. My sister has them too and was prescribed khlodopin (idk how to spell it) and my mom asked her if being on it would help me (this was before the panic attacks) and she didn't want to because I'm 19 and be depended on them for the rest of my life. But now that I'm having the panic attacks I know that I need something like that. I have to breath into a bag, my chest hurts, and I feel like I'm having a heart attack and am going to die. You need to specify how big your aquarium is... you could be thinking of overstocking it. I'm also pretty sure that guppies need to be in groups and that it is stressful to them to be kept alone. The ADF will get along with guppies and cory cats. Blood worms are a favorite of ADF's. I kept mine at 70-80 degrees when I had them. To float them, you just place their bag in the aquarium and let them sit there for about 15 minutes (until the water temperatures are the same) and them pour them in. Good luck!

I'm A Guy And I'm Ugly, What Do I Do?

Questions on joining the military?
When you sign up for the Army you have to take a physical exam, and evaluation. So you will have to be in good shape. However, you can do something with computers and such, and not necessarily ever go into battle. However, if you do become a soldier that they deploy for battle regardless of you being a girl or not they will send you. Now as for the promises about paying for college, its never that clear. I won't go into how effective them paying for your college education is and to what extent it REALLY covers. Nonetheless, I will advise you that there are hundreds of other opportunities to go into college if the military isn't your thing. MILLIONS of dollars are available for students to go to college from Federal Aid, State Aid, Private and Public Scholarships and Grants an each college has its own THOUSANDS-to- MIllions of dollars worth of scholarships they give away each year. You just have to start doing the work NOW so that when it comes time to getting that money its easier. But seriously the money is just there, and a lot of times its really easy to access. Ex: Apply with yourbasic info and if you have a 2.5 GPA or higher you get 3000 dollars per year. Theres tons of scholarships JUST like that. Take advantage of it. Hope this helps

Why no use of spare wands in Harry Potter?
In the newest movie I found out that one does not have to use only one wand. The kid with the taped up wand and resulting faulty spells made me think that everyone could use only one wand. If I was in those books I would have many wands on bandoleros, hidden wands, wands in my shoes and socks, miniature wands, Swiss army knife wands etc. Why would an adventurer who knew he was going to get smacked around by trolls or thrown off a cliff and likely break his wand, not have spare wands? Can't log in on YM and Facebook from the first try ?
I have this problem for like a month now. It always takes me 2 or 3 tries to log in on Yahoo Messenger or Facebook even though I always type the e-mail adress and the password right. My internet connection works perfectly by the way.

Are Marines overrated?
First, I just want to say I'm not trying to bash, I am completely serious about these questions. How come if someone ask if Marines are better or tougher, people say marines but have no facts to back it up and instead say some thing like "First to Fight" or "Every Marine is a rifleman"? They say the Army is poorly trained but if you talk to anyone who served in the Army and Marines they will say the training is similar but the Army has better equipment. If you have people that served in both who say the training is similar, then why do people act like Marines are supermen? Another thing I don't get is why does the Marine Corps spend so much on its PR when it could go to something more usefull such as training and better equipment? What does MARSOC contribute that no other special operations group have? What kind of missions do they go on? Didn't they get kicked out of their first deployment? During the Battle of Fallujah, why didn't the media mention the army soldiers that took back the city when the marines were the ones that lost it? Infact it seems the media does that a lot. Why do people think the Marines are the first to fight when they never were the first to fight? Army Special Forces and CIA SAD teams were the first ones in Afghanistans not marines. During the Invasion of Iraq, the invasion was spearheaded by the Army and Marines and from what I heard the marines were going slower than the army and it slowed down the invasion. So would you agree that the Marine Corps is overrated? Is there something I'm not getting? Everybody says their jobs are different but from what I hear their jobs are the same.

Military Veteran (Army 8yrs) looking for help with job/career placement.?
20Aug2009 I ETS'd (seperated) from the military with a "honorable discharge", under medical circumstances. My job in the military was as a mechanic (wheeled). Since I have gotten out I took a job in the oil field which I absolutely loved, however it took me to North Dakota. Being that I had been gone for 8yrs and it seemed that they were gonna keep me there for atleast another 4yrs, I chose to quit and relocate back home (Alabama) to be close to family. Since I have been home I have found it hard to find a job that pays well enough to start a family, build a house, have a good life etc. By no means at all am I looking for a hand out or a free ride, as I believe you get what you put in; but it's to the point now to where I'm facing the decision, once again to leave my family to where all my job offers are coming from. It seems as if, if you don't know someone, or not friends with someone etc etc there is no hope in finding a decent paying job here at home. To my surprise it also seems like being a veteran doesn't count for anything. I have tried monster, along with a couple different companies that try to help veterans with career/job placement, however none of the offers are coming from the southeast. All of my job offers are coming from out west (Tx. Ok, Co, Nv, Ca. or up north Nd, Sd, Pa, Wy, Mn etc.). If anyone has any information that might be able to help me find a good job here at home it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

5 1/2 Year old male boxer with elevated liver enzymes, vet suggests Hill Prescription LD dog food?
Axle went from being perfectly fine to barely moving in 12 hrs. I rushed him to his vet and found that his liver enzymes were close to 2000. He was hospitalized over night and sent home today with meds for his liver, antibiotics and 2 IV bags of fluid so that I can give him 120 mL in the morning and at night. He has to return to the vet on Saturday for another xray (the first was not clear) and more blood work. To my knowledge the only change in his life style was his food, he had lost a bit of weight so I purchased Purina Dog Chow with high protein. The vet is at a loss for why he is having these problems but that is trouble some to me. I am asking for suggestions on 2 things, first why might this be happening IF (hopefully) the xray comes back okay? Second, the prescription dog food that my vet suggest is very expensive close to 60.00 for a 18 lb bag are there any other dog foods on the market that are a bit less expensive yet still as affective? Please help. I have a sad (selfish, abusive, dysfunctional 'family':(?
dont like my life. my 'family' argue's every day. they talk about each other behind their backs and in front of my face. they also talk crap about me to myself. i cant stand any of them. i feel so irritated when im around them.i dont know what to do. they think only of themselves. they dont like the fact that im in college and dont like it if i want to find a job (which i did apply for one without telling them because they always try bringing me down about it saying i shouldnt be successful because really they arent)my dad hangs out with other women instead of my mom. he also does many other things for other people but never helps us. like my mom needs medication for her migraines but she cant afford them and whever she would like some money to pay for medicine/hospital bills he refuses to help and yells at her calling her bad names like b(tch. she will never leave him tho so dont tell me to try convining her to leave him. i know how she is. she will stay with abusing, she has for more than 20 years and no dont tell me to take them to counesling because i know they will never change, they are all ignorant. even tho im in school im still having a hard time because i need the tuition paid and my parents dont want to help because they dont believe a college education is a good thing. my mom works a minimum wage job and keeps all of her money to herself. my dad has worked with the army for 5 years and his paycheck stubs came in the mail and i saw how much he makes which was a lotta money. i myself am unable to join the armed forces and am automtailly disqualified because of a hearing problem and i feel like i wouldnt be elgivble for many jobs and careers that i would want. i first went to collegein 2007 but dropped all of my classes and received an F for one of them. the reasons were because the situation here was still the same. its still the same bullshit no matter how much i stay here. i just want to move out on my own. i want to be away from them. that has been one of my dreams for a long time. but everyone tells me it would be impossible unless i have a good job and finish college. i dont even know what i want to major in. my parents someitmes tell me they think its fine when i go to school only if i do a high paying job later on with taht degree. all they want is money and for things to go their way. im pretty sure i have some sort of emotional trauama but i never got treated for it because i ahve no money. i m even unable to receive any finiancial aid(tried before) they said i cant get because my dad made too much income and im under 24. if im 24 and up then i can receive financial aid. until then i cant. which is makign me very upset when i see someo ther people who i dont like getting when they dont deserve it and use it for other purpses. i used to see social workers in school in the junior high. all of this stuff i told you about is true though. all i want is to be on my own away from them and to feel peace in my mind. i also want to finish school but i fele like giving up on everything this is the 4th time im trying to stay in college. i have also been physically abused a lot now not as much its mostly just through emotional. i think that has caused many = problems for me. proof: i looked on some papers my counsolrs had gave me and one of the things read "has emotional disorder". besdies that, all the bad things that hppen around me dont stop. also sorry for mispelling some words im just writing down in full details so you wont be confused. my dad always blamess everything on me and my mom. one time he got very drunk and was lost in the street and callued us to pick him up which we did and out of my genoristy he told me its all my moms fault when she doesnt do anything to bother him. all she wants is to be treated nicely. please tell me to not sit downa nd talk to them because ive tried and it doesnt work. they wont ever change i know it. when i look at other girls and see how they dress and how they present themselves i feel like i want to be them. lately i dont feel like dressing up and doing my hair etc because of my crappy life and it makes me sad/embarsed to go out in public. i dont even have anyone i consider friends. i met this guy tho at college and hes a really awesome person and is nice and we texted a lot then he asked if i wanted to hang out for new year then i said ill thinking about it and let you know and i never answered him agian. i was just so shy and feeling sad about my life. i hated myself for doign that though.i live in a 1 bedroom apartment and my family is 5 people. theres barely any room for myself. if i want to have peace and quiet im unableto. i even want toworkout at home becaus i cant afford a gym membershpi but i cant because my family always bothers me especiallymy oldest sister. i have no one else ot talk to about this. i would appreciate it if you could help me out

Is it wrong for me to keep a woman's used TAMPON?
am a janitor for a large corporation and go around cleaning restrooms. They have these metal boxes on the side of the stalls for women to discard their tampons. I love reaching in there, grabbing them out and taking a whiff. I don't know why, it just feels like nothing else. I usually take them and put them in a garbage bag, then when I get home I vaccum seal them in ziplock bags. (I have found that if you don't they really start to stink.) I don't know if this is considered stealing because the womens DNA and stuff is on there, but hey, they threw them away right? One womans trash is another mans treasure right? I'm not sure why I keep all these... I guess I'm just a pack rat.

When i was 16 i got a tattoo with my parents permission and i do like it, however i want to get more added to it because it seems, small for my arm and bland. I don't mind having the tattoo the way it is but would like it more if i got something added to it. It is just a tribal band around my arm so adding to it will be difficult but the problem is when i got the tattoo i was in Pittsburgh PA. Now i live in WA state because my dad is in the army. In the state of WA they do not allow minors to get tattoos even with parental consent. Im sure my mother wouldn't mind letting me get something more added to it, however the state will. How do you know when you're in love?
I think I am in love with someone, but I'm not sure if it really is love or if I just miss him a lot. He is my friend, and he joined the army about half a year ago, and ever since he left I have missed him a lot, but also just felt different about him. Like for instance, I would love to be with him, but at the same time I just want for him to be happy, whatever that means, even if it means he is not with me. If your on probation can you live with your kids?
I'm in the army so I live in a different city than my fiance. I have a daughter and he has 2 boys. He was arrested last year and now he is on probation. My daughter is close to him and calls him daddy so when she told me he told her he can only talk to her a hour a day didn't add up to me. And now he tells me he cant live with his kids. He says his probation officer wont let his sons live with him. So they had to move out from their grandparents home by their school to live with a aunt. I have had family in and out of jail all my life and they all got to live with their kids. My friends and family tell me different things about this and tell me he might be hiding something. Normally it wouldn't bug me but there are things that aren't adding up. I don't see how a probation officer can just tell u that your kids cant live with u. Please if anyone know anything about this please help.

I have a notarized affidavit that I signed stating that my ex wife has 51%.?
In the custody paperwork it states that I have 70%. The reason I signed over 51% is so that my ex wife could get housing allowance from the army so she could have a place to have our son for visitation.
