If i were you, I'll let it go. He said it clear that he still loved her and even deleted your name in facebook and msn. He's afraid that if he will tell you the truth you will stop talking to him but now removed you in his list. So I guess he's not worth it to think about. Find something to do that will make you think less of him...go out with your friends if possible cause that will help you a lot and giving yourself a chance to meet somebody else.
