Is the army right for me?

im a 17 year old student and i will be graduating from a continuation in a few months i have no direction in life i feel if i stay ill end up like my 19 year old brother barely passing community college and mostly wasting time doing nothing but i have a bad habit of being extremely lazy i have no skills or talent and im afraid of leaving my life behind.
