I have a notarized affidavit that I signed stating that my ex wife has 51%.?

In the custody paperwork it states that I have 70%. The reason I signed over 51% is so that my ex wife could get housing allowance from the army so she could have a place to have our son for visitation. The notarized affidavit has not been seen by a lawyer or a judge. However, now I believe that my ex wife might try to abuse that affidavit and try to take our son, also I believe that she only wanted the affidavit to scam the army out of money. Does that affidavit have any standing in court if she tried to take my son?
