Questions on joining the military?

When you sign up for the Army you have to take a physical exam, and evaluation. So you will have to be in good shape. However, you can do something with computers and such, and not necessarily ever go into battle. However, if you do become a soldier that they deploy for battle regardless of you being a girl or not they will send you. Now as for the promises about paying for college, its never that clear. I won't go into how effective them paying for your college education is and to what extent it REALLY covers. Nonetheless, I will advise you that there are hundreds of other opportunities to go into college if the military isn't your thing. MILLIONS of dollars are available for students to go to college from Federal Aid, State Aid, Private and Public Scholarships and Grants an each college has its own THOUSANDS-to- MIllions of dollars worth of scholarships they give away each year. You just have to start doing the work NOW so that when it comes time to getting that money its easier. But seriously the money is just there, and a lot of times its really easy to access. Ex: Apply with yourbasic info and if you have a 2.5 GPA or higher you get 3000 dollars per year. Theres tons of scholarships JUST like that. Take advantage of it. Hope this helps
