I can't send any mails.why blocked my yahoo mail messenger?

for a longe time i had a client of yahoo mail user.in this 2 month all of my mails,i can't send to my family and friends.why blocked my yahoo mail messengers?now how can i communicate with my friends and family?can i get mail access to send an mails?please,help me as soon as possible.
