Is a notarized affidavit reguarding custody have any standing in court?

Me and my ex wife have court papers that state that I have 70% custody. Recently I signed an affidavit that was notarized that states that she has 51%. The affidavit has not been seen by a lawyer or a judge. The purpose for the affidavit is so that she can receive housing allowance from the army. Also, the affidavit that she has is only a copy. I have the original. can she take that affidavit to court and it be enforced?
