Is it wrong for me to keep a woman's used TAMPON?

am a janitor for a large corporation and go around cleaning restrooms. They have these metal boxes on the side of the stalls for women to discard their tampons. I love reaching in there, grabbing them out and taking a whiff. I don't know why, it just feels like nothing else. I usually take them and put them in a garbage bag, then when I get home I vaccum seal them in ziplock bags. (I have found that if you don't they really start to stink.) I don't know if this is considered stealing because the womens DNA and stuff is on there, but hey, they threw them away right? One womans trash is another mans treasure right? I'm not sure why I keep all these... I guess I'm just a pack rat.
